Yolanda De Felice Henry, CPE, CCE and PCT is an experienced Board Certified Electrologist and Permanent Cosmetic Technician using FDA medically approved procedures and state-of-the-art equipment for the permanent removal of unwanted hair and application of pigment for permanent cosmetics. Strict sterilization guidelines are followed which include the use of pre-sterilized, disposable needles/probes as well as disposable gloves for each patient. Confidentiality and privacy of all patients is strictly observed and special attention is given to difficult cases.
